- Unlimited Complete Support (On-site & Remote) : Need to have all the advantages of a full-time tech support specialist
with decades of experience, without paying for it? This plan is for you. It covers questions, software and
hardware troubleshooting, and training in how to get your computer working the way you need it to. At $59 per month
per PC it's less than what most people spend on their cable or phone service and provides a much higher value for
routine daily questions and emergencies. Comes with our guaranteed same day response for calls in before 11 AM.
- Unlimited Complete Support (Remote & Drop Off) : For unlimited assistance on a tight budget we provide our full remote,
phone, and drop off assistance. Whether getting a new program installed, making sure your data is backed up, or
removing a particularly tricky virus, it's all covered. At $39 per month per PC it's a bargain for homes and
businesses alike that need complete use of their computer.. Comes with our guaranteed by end of the next business
day response for calls in before 11 AM.
- Unlimited Ad & Virus Protection (Remote & Drop Off) : Worried about ads and viruses? Don't know what
product to use? Purchase our unlimited program and we'll keep your protection up to date for you for only $29 per
year per PC. Have a virus and need assistance scanning and removing the infection? We're here to help all covered
under our Unlimited Ad & Virus Protection program.
- As Needed : We offer both basic and priority scheduling service for our customers at $75 and $125 an hour
respectively. We offer on-site, remote, and drop-off service. For remote and drop-off service there's no charge
for time spent scanning for viruses, ads, or spent waiting for long tasks like large backups and restores.
Unlimited Complete Support programs include installation of hardware, system reloads, system restores, software
installation/reinstallation, training, troubleshooting, questions about new computer purchases, compatability questions,
data recovery in the event of a operating system crash, data transfer to a new system. Configuration of a new system
in the event of failure or replacement of the original including, but not limited to e-mail, accounting, database,
documents, pictures, music, and much more.
No contract required
These programs require the installation of remote assistance tools, anti-virus, and ad protection, all installed for
you as part of the program at no charge. System must be in good working order when program is started. Coverage
does not apply if systems are used for peer to peer file sharing programs including, but not limited to:
bit torrent, utorrent, bear share, lime wire. Unlimited Ad & Virus Protection scanning assistance does not include
coverage of system reloads or restores in cases where scanning does not remove the ad or virus.
